Virtualized Editing Platform (VEP) chooses the “Swiss Army Knife of Audio”: NEP’s centralised platform is based on an all IP infrastructure that allows the sharing of resources over multiple remote locations, such as production facilities, studios and external venues. IP installations are easy in theory, but efficient operation depends on the careful selection of some small but vital components. So convinced was the technical management team that ANUBIS would fit the bill, they placed an order for 50 units.
Three Cheers For Ovation In China
Gaining the confidence of a major broadcaster is always rewarding for a manufacturer and this is increasingly true when they are a national television station. They don’t come larger than China Central Television (CCTV) so to see Merging Technologies’ products in use in critical parts of the infrastructure, is a great honour. CCTV is obviously a major source of news, cultural and ideological information as well as entertainment, social and information services. Merging’s Ovation systems with MassCore are located in several important locations within the CCTV infrastructure.
Paradise City, located in Incheon, is the largest entertainment complex in South Korea, combining high-end hospitality with entertainment facilities, such as a hotel, casino, convention centre, shopping, spa, nightclub,shopping, carnival and performances. C2 Artechnolozy (C2) was at the forefront of the design for the newly-opened Paradise City phase 1-2 project, which includes Chroma, the largest nightclub in East Asia, encompassing three separate nightclubs, Wonderbox, an indoor amusement park, and the boutique hotel, Art Paradiso. As well as these, the vast complex also features an Art Garden and the Paradise Walk areas. (…)
The Enhanced Background Music system is based on eight Ovation servers (one per building plus one for redundancy), Horus, and Hapi interfaces from Swiss manufacturer, Merging Technologies.

The first event of My Reel Club took place last Saturday night, where visitors could experience a live studio concert in Super Size Studio, Budapest in a very intimate way. A few days later they will get a DSD256 (and lower bitrate PCM, DSD formats) recording and a high-speed tape in its purest, most faithful form.
We appreciate Merging Technologies and the local Merging distributor Studio General for letting us to use their new Anubis and Hapi A/D, D/A converters, and Gabor Szendrő who provided a PYRAMIX 12 audio recording workstation with linear power supply and another Merging Hapi with high-end linear power supply.
